HEKA’s SpectraCAD


HEKA designed, developed, and delivered a portable, self-contained device that measures in real-time the concentrations of fuel to identify its contents at an accuracy and precision comparable to the use of Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS). HEKA Spectrometer uniquely integrates with an advanced AI/ML to identify functional groups in a sample for substances present in concentrations of at least 0.1% by volume. These spectrometers are highly portable and ruggedized with an impressive IP 56 rating, making them ideal for use in the field.

The devices have a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, an ergonometric design for easy carrying, and multiple LED indicators to specify battery life, device state, and potential errors. Additional features include a built-in display touchscreen allowing the user to view the results in real time, a USB port for transferring data, large onboard data storage, and a powerful cloud-based application with an intuitive online portal.
