Director of Operations

Holli is a seasoned expert in organizational effectiveness with over a decade of experience enhancing organizational performance and culture through strategic initiatives. With a strong background in project management, post-merger integration, strategic planning, and change management, Holli has successfully led large-scale transformation projects, optimized operational costs, and increased organizational capacity. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at South College and holds an MBA from Everest University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics from Saint Leo University.

In addition to her professional commitments, Holli serves as Chair of the Board for Launch Credit Union, balances life as a wife and mother to three boys, and enjoys traveling and long-distance running.
